Last Pass Not Working: with fix suggestions and Solution

Hi,

My OSi account Last Pass wont let me open my vault or any other Last Pass pages. Christine tried to share a password with me and I was trying to access it. Every time I click on anything Last Pass related, I just get this page:

Hi Maria,

Try this:

Click on the extension and click on the Account and then click on Fix a problem yourself


On this screen, click on Refresh You Vault .

If this STILL does not resolve. Try clearing cache and browser data in FireFox settings.

Last option would be to uninstall and reinstall the extension from the browser.

Hi,

Just wanted to close the loop here:
  • Fix the Problem Yourself>Refresh the vault did NOT work
  • Clearing the cache data did NOT work
  • uninstall and reinstall the extension from the browser DID work ?
